The National Day Mid-Autumn Festival holiday entered the last day today, and since yesterday, the return passenger flow has increased significantly. The holiday is coming to an end, and in order to cope with the peak of passengers’ return journey, the railway has adopted the way of adding trains to enhance its capacity. Specifically, according to the statistics of Yinchuan Passenger Transport Section of China Railway Lanzhou Bureau, the long-distance passenger flow returning from Ningxia in these two days is mainly concentrated in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Hangzhou, while the short-distance passenger flow is mainly in Lanzhou, Xi ‘an and Qingyang.
In this regard, according to the transportation capacity adjustment plan, Yinchuan Passenger Transport Section reconnected and added several pairs of trains, with a total of 51.5 pairs of trains undertaking the transportation task, including 39.5 pairs of high-speed trains and 12 pairs of ordinary trains, to meet the travel needs of passengers to the maximum extent.
There is a peak return trip at high speed, and the "police-insurance linkage" ensures smooth travel.
Roads around the country also ushered in the peak of return passenger flow these two days. Hebei and Shandong respectively set up "police-insurance linkage" convenience service stations and "midway charging stations" at high speed to provide convenience for returning vehicles and people.
On October 7, the traffic in Hebei Province began to turn from major scenic spots to expressways. The Hebei high-speed traffic police predicted that on the last day of the holiday on October 8, the traffic on the main highways around Beijing and Tianjin in Hebei Province would remain at a high level from morning till night.

In order to cope with the peak return journey, the Traffic Management Corps of Hebei Provincial Public Security Department strengthened the frequency of road police patrol and video patrol control during peak hours and key sections. In addition, 83 "police-insurance linkage" convenience service stations have been set up on the expressway network in Hebei Province to facilitate the people to handle traffic accidents nearby and ensure the smooth passage of expressways.

In the Pingdu-Weifang section of Shandong Rongwei Expressway, the reporter saw a "midway charging station", which was not built in the service area, but in a rest area between the two service areas. This is specially set up in the local area to cope with the peak charging pressure of holiday travel and return trip. It is equipped with 5 charging piles and 10 charging guns, which can provide fast charging service for 10 new energy vehicles at the same time.

Lin He, an electric power worker: Through big data analysis, we chose to build a charging station at this key node. We also established an emergency support mechanism, with double operation and maintenance personnel on standby 24 hours a day. Once the equipment fails, we will rush to deal with it as soon as possible.
Civil aviation ushered in the peak of return journey, and many measures were taken to ensure travel.
In Taiyuan, Shanxi, in order to cope with the peak of return passenger flow, the local airport department has taken various measures to ensure the safe and smooth travel of passengers.
Yesterday (October 7th), there was an endless stream of passengers in the terminal building of Taiyuan Wusu International Airport. Everyone went through the check-in and baggage check-in procedures in an orderly manner. In order to cope with the peak, the airport has continuously introduced convenient services, dynamically opened check-in counters, opened late arrival passenger passages, and sent more staff to provide guidance and consultation. In addition, the airport also cooperates with airlines to optimize the delivery of transportation capacity. At present, the passenger flow of routes from Taiyuan to Shanghai, Kunming, Guangzhou, Chengdu, Hangzhou and other cities is relatively large.
