The strongest high temperature hit this year! Don’t do these eight "dangerous things" on a hot day!

This year’s strongest high temperature is coming, and many places will be as high as 40 C!

From June 15 to 22, there will be persistent high temperature weather in many places in the north, with the strongest period from 17 to 18. The daily maximum temperature in parts of 12 provinces and regions such as Hebei, Henan, Shandong, Hubei, Jiangsu, Anhui, Inner Mongolia, Shaanxi, Shanxi, Ningxia, Xinjiang and Gansu can reach 35℃ to 38℃, and it can reach about 40℃ locally.

Why is this round of high temperature so fierce?

On June 15th, Min Yuqiu, a meteorologist of China Weather Network, published an article in China Weather Network, which showed that this round of high temperature was characterized by wide range, strong intensity and long duration.

In the next few days, the north will be controlled by the continental high-pressure ridge for a long time, with clear sky, good lighting conditions and rapid warming by solar radiation. Coupled with the strengthening of the warm air flow northward, the temperature has also soared.

High temperature will occur in most areas north of the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River, lasting for more than 8 days. The highest temperature around Henan will exceed 40℃, and the high temperature intensity in parts of Inner Mongolia, Shanxi, Henan and Shandong is rare in the same period.

When the high temperature strikes, the weather is sunny and hot, and residents should take sun protection measures and replenish water in time. The elderly, children, pregnant women, the infirm, and patients with respiratory, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases should avoid going out in the high temperature period at noon.

In addition, local epidemic prevention personnel should also prepare for heatstroke prevention. If there are signs of heatstroke when doing nucleic acid outdoors, they should communicate with the staff in time, replenish normal saline and move to the shade as soon as possible to alleviate the symptoms.

The temperature rises by 1℃

Cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases increased by 17.3%

"Every summer, since June, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases have entered a period of high incidence and will continue until mid-August. Previous statistics show that for every 1℃ increase in the maximum temperature, the number of emergency patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases will increase by 17.3%. "

This conclusion comes from a case-crossing study on the relationship between daily maximum temperature and emergency visits of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases in hospitals in the journal Environment and Health in 2009.

This study collected the data of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and related meteorological data in the emergency department of a third-class first-class hospital in Haidian District, Beijing from 2004 to 2006, and analyzed the influence of daily maximum temperature change on cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.

The results show that,Every time the daily maximum temperature rises by 1℃ in spring and summer, the number of emergency patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases increases by 17.3% respectively.

High temperature weather has a direct impact on the incidence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, and also has an impact on the death of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.

Researchers from the Institute of Environment and Health-related Product Safety of China Center for Disease Control and Prevention and Wuhan Center for Disease Control and Prevention pointed out in the research report "The Impact of High Temperature on Cardiovascular and Cerebrovascular Disease Death in Wuhan" published in the Journal of Environment and Health in 2009:

The period when the maximum daily temperature in summer is ≥36℃ is called high temperature period, and the rest time is non-high temperature period. The total average daily deaths of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, and the average daily deaths of women and men in high temperature period were significantly higher than those in non-high temperature period.

Hot weather,

Don’t do these eight "dangerous things"!

Fan Ping, chief physician of Cardiovascular Department of the Second People’s Hospital of Zhengzhou City, Henan Province, reminded that summer is hot, which is the season of high incidence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. Patients with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, especially the elderly, patients with previous heart diseases and patients with basic diseases such as hypertension and hyperlipidemia, should pay more attention. Don’t do some "dangerous things" again!

1. Sleeping in the air-conditioned room for one night-easy to cause heat stroke.

Some people like to sleep with the air-conditioning cover open. Fan Ping reminded that the excessive temperature difference between indoor and outdoor will close the pores of the whole body, make it difficult to dissipate heat in the body, and cause insufficient blood supply to the brain due to the rapid contraction of blood vessels in the brain. People with a history of hypertension and cardiovascular disease are more likely to have a "heat stroke".

It is suggested that the indoor air conditioning temperature should not be too low, the air conditioning time should not be too long, and the indoor and outdoor temperature difference should not exceed 5℃.

2. Go to morning exercise early in the morning-easy to cause cardiovascular and cerebrovascular accidents.

Before 6 o’clock in the summer morning, all kinds of harmful substances gather in the air, which is the peak of pollution. However, the human body’s metabolism is accelerated, energy consumption is large, and the demand for oxygen and nutrients is also obviously increased, and the human body’s tolerance will be greatly challenged. If you go to the park for morning exercise early, you are prone to cardiovascular and cerebrovascular accidents.

In summer, we should try to avoid practicing in the morning and change to dusk.

3. Drank water when you are thirsty-it can cause a serious heart attack.

When the temperature is high, the speed of water shortage in the body will also accelerate. However, if you drink water too fast, water will quickly enter the blood and be absorbed in the intestine, which will dilute the blood and increase the blood volume. Especially people with coronary heart disease will have chest tightness, shortness of breath and other symptoms, which may seriously lead to myocardial infarction.

In summer, you should not drink water too fast, only a few times, 100-150 ml each time.

4. Drank cold drinks after exercise-induced myocardial infarction

If you drink a lot of ice drinks after strenuous exercise, it will cause rapid contraction of blood vessels, increase the oxygen consumption of organs such as the heart and brain, and cause blood pressure fluctuations, so it is easy to induce cardiovascular and cerebrovascular accidents, especially myocardial infarction.

Summer cooling should be moderate, and it is best to use the method of gradual cooling, especially for middle-aged and elderly people with a history of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.

5. Take a nap just after eating-easy to induce cerebral infarction.

In hot weather, many people can’t sleep well at night, so it’s good to take a nap for about half an hour. But avoid sleeping after meals. Because the high temperature causes the subcutaneous capillaries to dilate, and after a full meal, blood rushes to the digestive organs, competing with the brain for blood. At this time, falling asleep is in danger of inducing a cerebral infarction.

You can take a nap for 30 minutes before lunch, or sleep half an hour after lunch.

6. Take a cold shower after sweating-it is easy to form blood clots.

The temperature is high, and the human body temperature is also high. The sudden cold stimulation of taking a cold bath will not only cause peripheral blood vessels to contract, but also increase blood pressure. Sometimes it will even lead to severe spasm of coronary artery, plaque rupture, thrombosis, acute myocardial infarction and life-threatening.

When you are sweating all over, dry your sweat with a towel first, and then take a shower. If you want to take a cold shower, you’d better wash your limbs with cold water first, and then wash your whole body after your body gets used to it.

7. Bare arms in the hot sun-serious kidney disease.

Many outdoor workers try to cool off and work with bare arms. However, Lu Bo, chief physician of the Second Department of Endocrinology, Shaanxi Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine, said that if you are exposed to ultraviolet rays for a long time in summer, you will not only get sunburned, but also cause edema, and even cause kidney disease in severe cases.

8. Treat fruit as dinner-unbalanced nutrition.

Some people have no appetite in summer and want to lose weight, so they take fruit as their main meal. Liu Yanjun, a nutritionist, said that the contents of minerals and vitamins in fruits are generally less than those in vegetables, and the protein content of most fruits is very low, which contains almost no essential fatty acids.

Therefore, eating only fruits is far from satisfying the human body’s demand for protein and fatty acids, and can’t be used as a dinner.
