Autism is a lifelong developmental disorder caused by nervous system disorder affecting brain function. Symptoms appear before the age of three, and most patients are children. The development of sick children is hindered and they lack normal language communication and social communication skills. In order to raise people’s awareness and concern about autism, the United Nations General Assembly passed a resolution in December 2007, and from 2008, April 2 of each year will be designated as "World Autism Concern Day". As early as May 2015, on the 25th National Day for Helping the Disabled, Ms. Peng Liyuan went to the Beijing Rehabilitation Service Guidance Center for the Disabled, visited autistic children, watched the paintings and works of autistic children, and deeply sympathized with the families of autistic patients, and was very concerned about the development status of autistic groups.
