  According to preliminary statistics, there are about 310,000 people affected by the disaster, accounting for 77% of the total population. 8,418 houses were damaged and 26,493 houses were seriously damaged; Urban and rural roads, electricity, water supply and drainage, communications and other infrastructure have been largely damaged; There are 40 villages in the whole region that need to be rebuilt, such as the well-known Tanzhesi town, where 47% of the villages were completely affected, and all 16 villages and 4 communities in Wangping town were affected, among which 11 villages need to be rebuilt. This flood has brought great losses to people’s lives and property.
