1.Comply with the standards and specifications for the establishment of chain convenience stores and distribution centers in Fuzhou (for Trial Implementation);　

2.Registered and declared in Fuzhou, with independent legal personality, unified accounting, and consolidated payment of enterprise income tax in Fuzhou;　

3.Chain enterprises with more than 30 chain stores in this city, with unified name, unified logo, unified store decoration style, unified procurement, unified distribution and unified management;
